摘要
文章重点关注中国互联网发展对区域市场一体化的影响这一现实问题,在梳理互联网对市场一体化进程影响机制的基础上,选取中国2006—2018年省级面板数据,运用空间计量方法实证分析互联网发展对区域市场一体化进程的影响效果。研究发现:互联网发展对区域市场一体化具有显著的直接效应与正向的空间溢出效应,这一结论在基于不同空间权重矩阵进行实证以及一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;互联网对市场一体化的影响效果存在门槛效应;互联网发展能通过促进市场整合与强化区域联系这两条路径推动中国市场一体化进程,但影响效果存在异质性。
This paper focuses on the practical issue of the impact of China’s Internet development on regional market integration.On the basis of sorting out the impact mechanism of the Internet on the process of market integration,the paper selects provincial panel data from 2006 to 2018,and applies spatial econometric methods to analyze the impact effect of the Internet development on regional market integration.The results go as below:The development of the Internet has significant direct effect and positive spatial spillover effect on regional market integration.This conclusion is still valid after empirical studies based on different spatial weight matrices and a series of robustness tests.The influence of the Internet on market integration has threshold effect.The development of the Internet can promote the process of China’s market integration by promoting market integration and strengthening regional links,but the impact is heterogeneous.
