静爆剂中氧化钙在不同煅烧条件下的性能研究

摘要 利用KRX-17B型高温电炉在真空环境中不同煅烧条件下煅烧方解石烧制氧化钙熟料,水化活性测试显示煅烧温度由1300℃降到1200℃时氧化钙水化反应速率“跳跃性”变化,通过钨灯丝扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察不同煅烧条件氧化钙熟料微观形貌的演变过程并进行分析,发现煅烧温度越高、恒温时间越久的氧化钙熟料基体由疏松、多孔、团聚变得严格致密。“热效应”解释了温度对氧化钙抗水化性、膨胀性能的影响。“外管法”测量配制的卷装静态破碎剂膨胀压力显示,恒温时间一定,当熟料煅烧温度由1300℃升高到1500℃时,配制的卷装静态破碎剂膨胀压增大了25.6 MPa;煅烧温度一定,当恒温时间由5 h延长至25 h后,配制的卷装静态破碎剂膨胀压增大了23.4 MPa。 Calcite was calcined by using KRX-17B high temperature electric furnace vacuum environment under different calcination conditions to fire calcium oxide clinker,the hydration activity test showed that when the calcination temperature was decreased from 1300℃to 1200℃,the calcium oxide hydration reaction rate was changed like“jumping”,the evolution of calcium oxide clinker micromorphology under different calcination conditions were observed and analyzed by tungsten filament scanning electron microscope(SEM),and it was found that the higher the calcination temperature and the longer the constant temperature time,the calcium oxide clinker matrix changed from loose,porous and agglomeration to strict and dense“.Thermal effect”could explain the effect of temperature on calcium oxide's hydration resistance and swelling properties.The expansion pressure of the prepared roll static crusher measured by“outer pipe method”showed that the con⁃stant temperature time was constant,when the clinker calcination temperature was increased from 1300℃to 1500℃,the expansion pressure of the prepared roll crusher was increased by 25.6 MPa.The calcination temperature was certain,when the constant temperature time was extended from 5 h to 25 h,the expansion pressure of the prepared roll static crusher was increased by 23.4 MPa.
