湿法磷酸原位酸解废弃羽毛制备含氨基酸磷酸一铵 被引量:1

摘要 无机肥料有机化是中国肥料行业的发展趋势,提出湿法磷酸原位酸解羽毛蛋白质制备含氨基酸磷酸一铵的新思路。以湿法磷酸为介质,利用磷酸原位酸解羽毛蛋白质使其转化为氨基酸,再经中和、喷雾干燥等工艺制备出含氨基酸磷酸一铵新型肥料。探究了不同的羽毛与湿法磷酸的质量体积比、不同酸解时间对制备的磷酸一铵物性的影响。结果表明,在羽毛与湿法磷酸的质量体积比(g/L)为150、酸解时间为16 h工艺条件下制备的磷酸一铵表现最优,氨基酸质量分数最高达到6.43%。相较于普通磷酸一铵,含氨基酸磷酸一铵水溶性磷与有效磷的比值提升了14.5%,水不溶物质量分数降低了20.73%,氨基酸对磷酸一铵的增效作用十分明显。分析表明,水不溶物含量发生变化的主要原因在于抑制了磷酸一铵中NH_(4)MgPO_(4)·H_(2)O的生成。 The organization of inorganic fertilizer is the development trend of fertilizer industry in our country.A new idea of preparation of monoammonium phosphate containing amino acid from feather protein by wet process phosphoric acid in situ acid hydrolysis was put forward.Feather protein was transformed into amino acid by wet process phosphoric acid in situ acid hydrolysis,then a new type of fertilizer containing monoammonium phosphate was prepared by neutralization and spray drying.The effects of different mass/volume ratio of feather and wet phosphoric acid and different acid hydrolysis time on the physical properties of monoammonium phosphate were explored.The results showed that monoammonium phosphate prepared under the condition of mass/volume ratio(g/L)of 150 and acid hydrolysis time of 16 h had the best performance,and the amino acid content was up to 6.43%.Compared with monoammonium phosphate,the ratio of water⁃soluble phosphorus to available phosphorus of monoammonium phosphate containing amino acid was increased by 14.5%,and the content of water⁃insoluble substances was decreased by 20.73%.The analysis showed that the main reason for the change of water insoluble content was that the formation of NH_(4)MgPO_(4)·H_(2)O in monoammonium phosphate was inhibited.
