高刺激率ABR对椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic value of high stimulation rate ABR in vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo

目的:探讨高刺激率听觉脑干反应(ABR)对椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕(VBTIV)的诊断价值。方法:选择2021年3月至2023年3月贵州省黔南州人民医院收治的VBTIV患者160例作为VBTIV组,选择同期健康体检者150例作为对照组。分别给予两组11.1次/s、51.1次/s的低、高刺激率ABR测定,记录测定结果中的Ⅰ波、Ⅲ波、Ⅴ波数值,并进行组间比较。结果:VBTIV组经不同刺激率ABR测定后,以51.1次/s刺激率测定Ⅰ波、Ⅲ波、Ⅴ波的结果均高于11.1次/s(P<0.05);对照组以51.1次/s刺激率测定Ⅰ波、Ⅴ波的结果均高于11.1次/s(P<0.05),在Ⅲ波测定结果方面,不同刺激率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。VBTIV组以51.1次/s刺激率测定Ⅰ波、Ⅲ波、Ⅴ波的结果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用高刺激率ABR诊断VBTIV能够客观评估患者的脑缺血程度及脑功能状况,准确反映疾病的病理及生理过程,诊断方法科学有效。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of high-stimulation auditory brainstem response(ABR)in vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo(VBTIV).Methods:A total of 160 patients with VBTIV treated in Qiannan People’s Hospital of Guizhou Province from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the VBTIV group,and 150 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.Low and high stimulation rate ABR measurements were given to the two groups 11.1 times/s and 51.1 times/s,respectively.The values ofⅠ,ⅢandⅤwaves in the test results were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:The results ofⅠwave,Ⅲwave andⅤwave with 51.1 times/s were higher than 11.1 times/s in VBTIV group after ABR measurement of different stimulation rates(P<0.05).In the control group,the results of waveⅠand waveⅤmeasured at 51.1 times/s were higher than 11.1 times/s(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the results of waveⅢmeasured at different stimulus rates(P>0.05).The results ofⅠwave,Ⅲwave andⅤwave in VBTIV group were higher than those in control group at 51.1 times/s stimulation rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high stimulation rate ABR in the diagnosis of VBTIV can objectively evaluate the degree of cerebral ischemia and brain function,accurately reflect the pathological and physiological process of the disease,and the diagnosis method is scientific and effective.
