技工院校服装专业工学一体化建设对于培养专业的服装设计、服装制版、服装工艺等服装专业相关人才的意义重大,服装专业工学一体化教师队伍建设是技工院校服装专业生存与发展的重要基础,有利于提高技工院校服装专业教育教学的质量以及技工院校服装专业学生专业技能,因此打造一支专业的能力优秀、结构优化的技工院校服装专业工学一体化教师队伍是技工院校服装专业管理工作的重中之重。基于此,文章主要阐述了技工院校服装专业工学一体化教师队伍建设存在的问题、问题存在的原因、开展一体化教师队伍建设的意义以及一体化教师队伍建设的措施。

The construction of integrated engineering and learning in the clothing major of technical colleges is of great significance for cultivating professionals related to clothing design,clothing plate making,clothing technology,and other clothing majors.The construction of integrated teaching staff in the clothing major is an important foundation for the survival and development of the clothing major in technical colleges,which is conducive to improving the quality of education and teaching in the clothing major in technical colleges,as well as the professional skills of students in the clothing major in technical colleges.Therefore,it is the most important task for the management of garment specialty in technical colleges to build a team of integrated engineering and learning teachers with excellent professional ability and optimized structure.Based on this,this paper mainly expounds the problems in the construction of the integrated teacher team for clothing majors in technical colleges,the reasons for the above problems,the significance of the construction of integrated teacher team,and the measures for the construction of integrated teacher team.
