新型低伤害无返排胍胶压裂液在致密油储层中的应用

摘要 致密油储层采用常规胍胶压裂液施工时存在返排率低、对储层伤害大以及返排液处理成本较高等问题,为此,以多元改性胍胶HPG-GX、阴离子表面活性剂YSN-1以及复合破胶剂FP-3为主要处理剂,研制了一套适合致密油储层的新型低伤害无返排胍胶压裂液体系,并对其综合性能进行了评价.结果表明:该压裂液体系具有较好的耐温抗剪切性能和滤失性能,能够满足压裂施工的基本需求;并且当复合破胶剂FP-3的加量为0.15%时,即可使压裂液体系迅速破胶,破胶液的黏度和界面张力较低,残渣含量较少,破胶液对天然岩心的基质渗透率伤害率小于15%,具有低伤害的特点;此外,破胶液作为渗吸液可使天然岩心的渗吸采收率达到28.6%,渗吸驱油效果明显优于常规羟丙基胍胶压裂液的破胶液.WQ-11井采用新型低伤害无返排胍胶压裂液体系压裂后,日产油量和累计增油量明显高于同区块内使用常规羟丙基胍胶压裂液的WQ-03井,达到了良好的压裂增产效果. When conventional guanidine gum fracturing fluid is used for the construction of tight oil reservoir,there are some problems such as low flow-back rate,great damage to the reservoir and high treatment cost of flow-back fluid.Therefore,a new low damage non flow-back guanidine gum fracturing fluid system suitable for tight oil reservoir is developed with multivariate modified guanidine gum HPG-GX,anionic surfactant YSN-1 and composite gel breaker FP-3 as the main treatment agents,It′s comprehensive performance is evaluated.The results show that the fracturing fluid system has good temperature resistance,shear resistance and filtration performance,and can meet the basic needs of fracturing operation;Moreover,when the dosage of compound breaker FP-3 is 0.15%,the fracturing fluid system can break the gel rapidly.The viscosity and interfacial tension of the gel breaker are low,the residue content is less,and the damage rate of the gel breaker to the matrix permeability of the natural core is less than 15%,which has the characteristics of low damage;In addition,as an imbibition fluid,the imbibition recovery of natural core can reach 28.6%,and the imbibition oil displacement effect is obviously better than that of conventional hydroxypropyl guanidine gel fracturing fluid.After WQ-11 well is fractured with a new low damage non flow-back guanidine gum fracturing fluid system,the daily oil production and cumulative oil increase are significantly higher than that of WQ-03 well with conventional hydroxypropyl guanidine gum fracturing fluid in the same block,achieving good fracturing and stimulation effect.
