摘要
相关统计数据表明,我国纯电动汽车保有量年增加50万辆左右,并且增长趋势逐渐加快。由于纯电动汽车主要驱动方式为电力驱动,与传统汽车结构相比,电路结构较为复杂,电路常见故障为能量管理、电路短路、碰撞短路及高压漏电等,电路系统故障直接影响纯电动汽车的工作性能,严重时还会影响汽车驾驶的安全性。针对以上问题,以纯电动汽车行驶故障为研究对象,对常见故障排除方法进行概述,并通过引入故障案例系统论述故障维修步骤与方法。研究结果旨在为提升纯电动汽车维修效率提供参考,对于保障我国新能源汽车产业的发展提供基础技术支撑。
Relevant statistics show that China’s pure electric vehicle ownership increased by about 500,000 units per year,cutting the growth trend gradually accelerated.As the main driving method of pure electric vehicles is electric drive,compared with the traditional car structure,the circuit structure is more complex,and the common faults of the circuit are energy management,circuit short circuit,collision short circuit and high voltage leakage,etc.The circuit system faults directly affect the working performance of pure electric vehicles,and in serious cases,it also affects the safety of car driving.In view of the above problems,takes the driving fault of pure electric vehicles as the research object,outlines the common troubleshooting methods,and systematically discusses the fault repair steps and methods by introducing fault cases.The research results aim to provide reference for improving the repair efficiency of pure electric vehicles,and to provide basic technical support for ensuring the development of China’s new energy vehicle industry.
