基于PDMS/MWCNTs的柔性温度传感器

摘要 柔性可穿戴设备在人体运动检测、实时健康监测、医学保健方面显现出广阔的应用前景。本文制备了一种具有负电阻温度系数(NTC)的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)/多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)复合材料,并利用此复合材料制备了一种柔性温度传感器。此传感器温度传感机制是,MWCNTs的载流子浓度随着温度升高而增加,PDMS/MWCNTs的电阻率减小。当MWCNTs质量分数为PDMS的10%时,在30~41℃范围内,传感器温度灵敏度为-0.183%/℃,相对电阻变化线性度为99.94%,并具有良好的重现性与稳定性。可以预见,基于PDMS/MWCNTs的柔性温度传感器,不仅可以用于监测人体与物体的温度变化,而且在可穿戴医疗设备中也有巨大的潜力。 Flexible wearable devices show broad application prospects in human movement detection,real-time health monitoring,and medical care.Herein,a polydimethylsiloxane/multi-walled carbon nanotubes(PDMS/MWCNTs)composite with negative resistance temperature coefficient(NTC)is prepared,and a flexible temperature sensor is prepared by using the composite.The temperature-sensitive mechanism of the sensor is that the carrier concentration of MWCNTs increase with the increase of the temperature,and the resistivity of PDMS/MWCNTs decrease.When the mass fraction of MWCNTs is 10%of the PDMS,the temperature sensitivity of the sensor is-0.183%/℃,and the relative resistance linearity is 99.94%in the range of 30~41℃,showing good reproducibility and stability.It is predicted that the flexible temperature sensors based on PDMS/MWCNTs can not only be used to monitor the temperature changes of human bodies and objects but also have great potentials in wearable medical devices.
