AHP-Entropy组合赋权模型下的高职教师绩效评价体系研究

摘要 绩效考核是对高职教师工作表现和工作能力评价的重要手段,考核结果事关教师切身利益。本文从师德师风、教育教学、科学研究、社会服务和教师发展等5个维度出发构建了一个包含12个二级指标和38个三级指标的高职教师绩效评价体系,并通过对60名高职教师的绩效考评数据进行模型验证,得出组合赋权模型下的高职教师绩效评价体系。 Performance assessment is an important means to evaluate the work performance and working ability of higher vocational teachers.The assessment results are closely related to the interests of teachers.This paper constructs a higher vocational teacher performance evaluation system including 12 secondary indicators and 38 tertiary indicators from five dimensions,namely teacher morality,education&teaching,scientific research,social service and teacher development.The AHP-entropy integratedmethod are used to assign values to the evaluation indicators.Through model verification of the performance evaluation data of 60 teachers,it is concluded that the performance evaluation system of higher vocational teachers under the AHP-entropy integratedmodel is objective,comprehensive,feasible and reliable.
