摘要
为解决传统校准对材料试验机位移速率的不足,本文采用Solidworks,设计了材料试验机位移速率校准装置的整体机械机构,研制出与光电传感器、高精度光栅尺测量系统和仪表组成的一种非接触式的材料试验机位移速率校准装置,并提出一种新的测量方法,从而极大提升了位移速率的测量准确度,提高了材料试验机对金属或非金属材料力学性能测试结果的准确性。
In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional calibration on the displacement rate of material testing machine,this paper adopts Solidworks to design the overall mechanical mechanism of the displacement rate calibra⁃tion device of material testing machine,develops a non-contact displacement rate calibration device of material testing machine composed of photoelectric sensor,high-precision grating ruler measuring system and instrument,and proposes a new measurement method.Thus,the measurement accuracy of displacement rate is greatly im⁃proved,and the accuracy of the material testing machine on the mechanical properties of metal or non-metal mate⁃rials is improved.
