摘要
本文利用矩阵开关,基于LabVIEW的自动测试技术,实现了数字示波器的全自动校准。通过在硬件设计中引入矩阵开关和信号补偿通道,实现示波器校准的通道自动切换和标准信号衰减修正。同时基于LabVIEW开发多通道数字示波器自动校准软件平台,实现硬件自动识别和通讯、各校准项目自动执行、记录和报告自动生成等功能。该系统具有较高的效率、准确性,且扩展性良好,大大简便了多通道数字示波器的校准,同时为如频率计等同类型设备的自动校准提供参考。
In this article,the automatic calibration of the digital oscilloscope is realized by using the matrix switch and the automatic test technology based on LabVIEW.By introducing matrix switches and signal compensation chan⁃nels in the hardware design,automatic channel switching and standard signal attenuation correction in oscilloscope calibration are realized.At the same time,based on LabVIEW,the multi-channel digital oscilloscope automatic calibration software platform is developed to realize functions such as automatic hardware identification and commu⁃nication,automatic execution of various calibration items,and automatic generation of records and reports,etc.The system has excellent efficiency and accuracy,and has good expansibility,which greatly simplifies the calibration of multi-channel digital oscilloscopes,and also provides a reference scheme for automatic calibration of similar e⁃quipment such as frequency meters.
