摘要
本文通过理论推导,得到积分球输出光度值与入射积分球的功率之间的正比关系,比例系数为积分球常量σ、最大光视效能K_(m)和人眼视见函数在激光波长处的值V(λ_(0))的乘积;搭建积分球激光功率测量系统,并进行实验验证;分析了该系统的精度及其局限性。
In this paper,the proportional relationship between the output luminosity of the integrating sphere and the power of the incident integrating sphere is obtained through theoretical derivation.The proportional coefficient is the product of the constantσof the integrating sphere,the maximum optical efficiency Km and the value V(λ_(0))of the visual function of the human eye at the laser wavelength.The integrated sphere laser power measurement system is built and verified by experiment.The accuracy and limitation of the system are analyzed.
