LED光强计校准方法研究

摘要 校准是保证仪器设备测量结果准确可靠的计量手段,LED光强计是测量LED平均发光强度参数的重要仪器。本文针对其计量特性,提出LED标准管直接测量法和LED标准光度计比较法两种校准方法,并进行研究。研究表明:两种方法均可实现对LED光强计的可靠校准,保证测量结果可溯源至国家计量基标准,保障LED产业健康发展。 Calibration is a measurement method to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results of instruments and equipment.LED light intensity meter is an important instrument to measure the average luminous intensity parameters of LED.In this paper,two calibration methods,the direct measurement method of LED stand⁃ard tube and the comparison method of LED standard photometer,are proposed and studied.The research shows that the method can realize the reliable calibration of the LED light intensity meter,ensure that the measurement re⁃sults can be traced to the national metrological base standard,and ensure the healthy development of the LED in⁃dustry.
