摘要
本文针对粘结强度检测仪的校准方式存在的问题,设计一种符合计量技术规范要求的新型粘结强度检测仪校准装置,采用Solidworks建立模型,并对关键承载件测力仪模块进行有限元分析,得到两种工作状态的位移云图及Von Mises应力云图。同时,对样机组装进行试验。结果表明:该装置强度和刚度符合使用要求,且校准性能较好。
Aiming at the problems existing in the calibration method of the bond strength detector,this paper de⁃signed a new calibration device of the bond strength detector that met the requirements of the measurement technical specifications.The model was established by using Solidworks,and the key load-bearing component load meter module was analyzed by finite element method,and the displacement cloud map and Von Mises stress cloud map of two working states were obtained.At the same time,the assembly of the prototype was tested.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the device meet the requirements of use,and the calibration performance is good.
