基于脉搏波法血压模块的监护仪血压示值重复性检定情况探讨

Study on the Blood Pressure Indication Repeatability of Multi-parameter Monitor Verification on the Basis of Pulse Wave Method

多参数监护仪广泛应用于临床中,其基本要求是安全性和有效性,因此针对周期检定工作愈发重要。JJG 1163-2019《多参数监护仪检定规程》为多参数监护仪检定提供了统一的技术依据。日常检定工作中,某款采用的基于脉搏波法血压模块的多参数监护仪血压示值重复性出现异常,对其输出波形进行分析、研究后,发现并未按照JJG 1163-2019中“血压示值重复性”进行测试和验证。经研发人员对该监护仪进行软件及硬件升级后,成功解决了血压示值重复性异常问题。

Multi-parameter monitors are widely used in clinical practice,and their basic requirements are safety and effectiveness,so it is more and more important for periodic verification.JJG 1163-2019"Verification Regula⁃tions for Multi-parameter Monitors"provides a unified technical basis for the verification of multi-parameter mo⁃nitors.In daily verification work,repeatability of blood pressure indication of a certain multi-parameter monitor based on pulse wave method blood pressure module was abnormal.After analyzing and studying its output waveform,it was found that it was not tested and verified according to"Repeatability of blood pressure indication"in JJG 1163-2019.After the software and hardware upgrade of the monitor,the problem of repeatability of blood pressure indi⁃cator was solved successfully.
