摘要
本文针对准确度和精密度,对X射线荧光光谱法测定地质样品中的12种元素进行不确定度评定。通过统计27个地质样品中各元素准确度和精密度分别引入的相对标准不确定度,合成总相对标准不确定度;采用“不确定度分量评估模式”统计12种元素的总相对标准不确定度。结果表明:两种模式的评估结果具有较好的相似性。同时,通过“实验室测量审核结果公式”,验证了利用准确度和精密度统计总相对不确定的方式具有合理性。
In this paper,the uncertainty of determination of 12 elements in geological samples by X-ray fluores⁃cence spectrometry is evaluated for accuracy and precision.The total relative standard uncertainty was synthesized by calculating the relative standard uncertainty introduced by the accuracy and precision of each element in 27 geo⁃logical samples.The"uncertainty component evaluation model"was used to calculate the total relative standard un⁃certainty of 12 elements.The results show that the evaluation results of the two models have good similarity.At the same time,through the"laboratory measurement audit result formula",it is verified that the method of using the to⁃tal relative uncertainty of accuracy and precision statistics is reasonable.
