演出监督的工作涉及艺术创作、内部和外部的组织管理,从项目筹备到演出结束,演出监督在“点”“线”“面”的各类工作中都扮演了重要角色,通过相应的监督方法提升了演出水平。本文以《相约在幸福新时代》为例,浅谈演出监督所应具备的素质要求。

The work of a performance supervisor involves artistic creation,internal and external organizational management.From project preparation to the end of the performance,the role of the performance supervisor is crucial in various aspects of“points”,“lines”,and“surfaces”.Through appropriate supervisory methods,the level of the performance is elevated.Taking Meeting in the Happy New Era as an example,this article briefly discusses the qualities required of a performance supervisor.
