摘要
数码电子雷管的推广应用,一方面使用环境与新产品的适应性存在差异性问题,另一方面新产品能较好地解决非电起爆网络无法处理的爆破技术瓶颈问题。从露天金属矿山难爆岩的爆破效果优化和掘进爆破盲炮的避免两个方面阐述了数码电子雷管的优越性,通过克服井下采场的磁电、杂散电流干扰和长距离起爆阐明了数码电子雷管的优越性。
With regard to the promotion and application of digital electronic detonators,on the one hand,there are discrepancies between the application environment and the adaptability of new products,but on the other hand,new products can better solve the bottleneck problem of blasting technology that can not be handled by non-electric detonating network.This paper elaborates the advantages of digital electronic detonators from two aspects:the optimization of blasting effect of hard-to-blast rock in open-pit metal mines and the avoidance of misfire in tunneling blasting.The feasibility of digital electronic detonators as to how digital electronic detonators overcome the interference of magnetoelectricity and stray current in underground stopes and achieves long distance initiation is illustrated.
