摘要
武钢鄂州球团厂采用某铁精矿作为造球原料,但该精矿比表面积较低,混料后精矿的比表面积仍不能满足造球工艺要求。采用高压辊磨预处理后,可明显增加精矿比表面积,改善成球性能。结果表明:在精矿水分9.0%~9.5%,磨机加载压力45~55 Bar,直料柱高度1.0~1.5 m,磨机喂料量900~1100 t/h,边返料量稳定在250~350 t/h条件下进行高压辊磨,生球的平均落下强度为7.0次/0.5 m,平均抗压强度为11.05 N,生球质量明显提高,满足该球团厂生产需要。
The specific area of an iron concentrate adopted in the Ezhou pellet plant of Wuhan iron and steel group as pellet feed is low,and the specific surface area of the concentrate mixture after mixing still cannot meet the requirements of pelletizing technology.After pre-treatment of concentrates by high pressure grinding roll,there is an obvious increase in concentrate specific area and a remarkable improvement on balling performance.The results show that after the concentrate is pre-treated by high pressure grinding roll under the conditions of concentrate moisture content of 9.0%to 9.5%,loading pressure of 45 to 55 Bar,stock column of 1.0 to 1.5 m,feeding capacity of 900 to 1100 t/h and edge to recycle of 250 to 350 t/h,the average drop number of green ball is 7 times/0.5m,and the average compressive strength is 11.05 N.The quality of green ball is improved,and it meets the production requirement of pellet plant.
