摘要
为研究复合益生菌制剂对蛋鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及蛋品质的影响,试验选取600羽品种相同、日龄相近的蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复50羽。其中,对照组蛋鸡配制玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,其余3组蛋鸡分别在基础日粮中添加200、400、600 g/t复合益生菌制剂,试验共计56 d。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,基础日粮+400、600 g/t复合益生菌制剂能够显著提高蛋鸡平均日采食量、平均日产蛋重和产蛋率(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,基础日粮+400、600 g/t复合益生菌制剂能够显著降低蛋鸡血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯和尿素氮含量(P<0.05);与对照组相比,基础日粮+600 g/t复合益生菌制剂能够显著降低蛋鸡血清中天冬氨酸氨基转移酶和丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,基础日粮+400、600 g/t复合益生菌制剂能够显著提高蛋白重量、蛋黄重量和哈氏单位(P<0.05)。基础日粮中添加中高水平(400、600 g/t)的复合益生菌制剂,能够提高蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质;基础日粮中添加高水平(600 g/t)的复合益生菌制剂,能够改善蛋鸡血清生化指标。
To investigate the effects of composite probiotic preparations on production performance,serum biochemical indicators,and egg quality in laying hens.600 laying hens of the same breed and similar age were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group,each with 50 replicates.Among them,the control group of laying hens were fed a corn soybean meal based basal diet according to the“Chicken Feeding Standards”(NY/T33-2004),while the other three groups of laying hens were fed a basal diet with 200,400 g/t,and 600 g/t composite probiotic preparations as experimental diets for a total of 56 days.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,the basal diet+400 g/t and 600 g/t composite probiotic preparations significantly increased the average daily feed intake,average daily egg weight,and egg production rate of laying hens(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the basal diet+400,600 g/t compound probiotic preparation could significantly reduce the content of total cholesterol,triglyceride and blood urea nitrogen in the serum of layers(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the basal diet+600 g/t probiotics could significantly reduce the activities of aspartate transaminase and alanine aminotransferase in the serum of layers(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the basal diet supplemented with 400 g/t and 600 g/t probiotic formulations significantly increased protein weight,egg yolk weight,and Hastellin units(P<0.05).Adding medium to high levels(400,600 g/t)of composite probiotic preparations to the basic diet could improve the production performance and egg quality of laying hens;adding high levels(600 g/t)of composite probiotic preparations to the basic diet could improve the serum biochemical indicators of laying hens.
