桑葚酒糟、玉米和豆粕组合对郴州高山禾花鱼生长及品质的影响

摘要 为研究桑葚酒糟与玉米、豆粕组合对郴州高山禾花鱼生长性能和肌肉品质的影响,本试验首先评价了桑葚酒糟的营养价值,确定三者的组成比例为3:4.5:2.5,通过评价该饲料组合的营养价值,进行禾花鱼的饲养试验,并测定各组禾花鱼的生长指标和肌肉中氨基酸、脂肪酸含量。结果显示:该饲料组合营养指标为粗蛋白质18.46%、粗脂肪2.03%、粗纤维8.54%;与对照组相比,试验组鱼的增重率和特定生长率分别提高了18.04%和13.04%(P<0.05);两组鱼肌肉均检出17种氨基酸和10种脂肪酸;试验组的氨基酸总量(TAA)为16.58 g/100g,比对照组低3.21%;饱和脂肪酸(SFA)总量为55.95%,比对照组低5.15%;不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)的总量为44.12%,比对照组高7.24%。结果表明,该饲料组合作为禾花鱼的基础日粮,可以提高禾花鱼肌肉的不饱和脂肪酸含量,改善鱼肉品质。 This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of combination of mulberry distiller's grains with corn and soybean meal on growth and muscle quality of Chenzhou alpine procypris merus.Firstly,the nutritional value of mulberry distiller's grains was evaluated.According to the ratio of nutrients,the composition ratio was determined to be 3:4.5:2.5.Then,the nutritional ingredients of the feed combination were analyzed,and carried out the feeding experiment.After a three-month feeding period,the growth index and the content of amino acid and fatty acid in muscle were determined.The results showed that the nutritional indexes of the feed combination were as follows:crude protein was 18.46%,crude fat was 2.03%and crude fiber was 8.54%.Compared with the control group,the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of fish in experimental groups were increased by 18.04%and 13.04%(P<0.05).17 kinds of amino acids and 10 kinds of fatty acids were found in both experimental and control group fish.In the experimental group,the content of total amino acids was 16.58 g/100 g and 3.21%lower than that of the control group,the content of total saturated fatty acids was 55.95%and 5.15%lower than that of the control group,the content of total unsaturated fatty acids was 44.12%and 7.24%higher than that of the control group.The results indicated that the feed combination could be used as the basic diet of procypris merus,which could increase the content of unsaturated fatty acids in muscle and improve the quality of fish.
