摘要
利用化学反应动力学和充分搅拌模型分析了MT体系反应的历程和系统的热安定性:MT系统具有很好的热安定性;分析了环境压力和组分比例对弛豫时间和热性能的影响,压力增加弛豫时间变短,反应温度增大;PTFE的增加有利于缩短弛豫时间,在一定范围内可提高反应温度,随着PTFE含量的进一步增加,反应温度降低。
The reaction history and thermal stability of MT system are analyzed by chemical reaction dynamic and a stirring model.The MT system has the very good thermal stability.The effects of environment pressure and composition proportion on relaxation time and thermal properties are analyzed.As the pressure increases,the relaxation time decreases and the reaction temperature increases.The increasing of PTFE is helpful to shorten the relaxation time and also helpful to increase the reaction temperature in a certain range.With the further increasing of PTFE,the reaction temperature decreases.
