摘要
为了探讨不同能源类型烤房的烘烤效果,以烤烟品种翠碧一号为材料,在福建省尤溪地区进行了不同能源类型烤房(新建陶瓷厚膜新能源电烤房、改造陶瓷厚膜新能源电烤房、热泵电烤房、生物质燃料烤房和燃煤烤房)的烘烤效果对比试验,分析了产量、产值、上等烟比例、精品烟比例、平均单叶重等指标。结果表明:陶瓷厚膜新能源电烤房和热泵电烤房烘烤出的烟叶烘干率更高、烘烤成本更低且操作更简便。该研究可为今后新能源烤房的开发与应用奠定基础。
In order to explore the baking effects of different energy types of baking room,this paper using the fluecured tobacco variety Cuibi No.1 as the material,conducted a comparative experiment on the baking effects of different energy types of baking room(newly built ceramic thick film new energy electric baking room,renovated ceramic thick film new energy electric baking room,heat pump electric baking room,biomass fuel baking room,and coal-fired baking room)in Youxi area of Fujian Province,analyzed the indexes of yield,output value,proportion of top grade tobacco,proportion of high-quality tobacco,average single leaf weight,etc.The results showed that the tobacco leaves baked by ceramic thick film new energy electric baking room and heat pump electric baking room had higher drying rate,lower baking cost,and simpler operation.This study can lay the foundation for the development and application of new energy baking room in the future.
