摘要
文章旨在研究以丁酸梭菌和乳酸菌复合配制的益生菌制剂在白羽肉仔鸡上的应用效果。试验将80羽健康、体重相近的1日龄的白羽肉鸡随机分为4组,分别为对照组(基础日粮)、复合益生菌低剂量组(基础日粮+0.3%的复合益生菌)、复合益生菌中剂量组(基础日粮+0.6%的复合益生菌)和复合益生菌高剂量组(基础日粮+0.9%的复合益生菌),试验为期56 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,复合益生菌能显著提高白羽肉鸡的平均日增重(P<0.05);复合益生菌中剂量组和高剂量组的平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05);复合益生菌低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组21 d的血糖含量显著降低(P<0.05),56 d血清总蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05);复合益生菌中剂量组56 d的血糖含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论,日粮中添加丁酸梭菌和乳酸菌复合配制的益生菌制剂可以显著提高白羽肉的平均日增重,改善肉鸡的生产性能,其中在基础日粮中添加0.6%的复合益生菌的效果最优。
To explore the application effect of probiotic preparation compounded by Clostridium butyricum and lactic acid bacteria in white feather broilers.A total of 80 healthy,approximately 1-day-old white feather broiler chickens into four treatment groups,the control group(basal diet),the low dose group of composite probiotics(basal diet+0.3%composite probiotics),the medium dose group of composite probiotics(basal diet+0.6%composite probiotics),and the high dose group of composite probiotics(basal diet+0.9%composite probiotics),The test period was 56 days.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the compound probiotics could significantly increase the average daily weight gain of white feather broilers(P<0.05);The average daily feed intake of white feather broilers in the medium dose group and high dose group of composite probiotics significantly increased(P<0.05);The low dose group of composite probiotics,the medium dose group of composite probiotics,and the high dose group of composite probiotics were able to reduce the content of blood sugar in serum biochemical indicators of 21 day white feather broilers,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The low dose group of composite probiotics,the medium dose group of composite probiotics,and the high dose group of composite probiotics were able to increase the total protein content in serum biochemical indicators of 56 day white feather broilers,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The medium dose group of composite probiotics can reduce the content of blood sugar in serum biochemical indicators of 56 day white feather broilers,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).These results indicate that the probiotic preparation compounded by Clostridium butyricum and lactic acid bacteria in the diet can significantly increase the average daily weight gain of white feather meat and improve the production performance of broilers.Among them,0.6%of the probiotics in the basic diet is the best.
