在现代人才培养体系中,实习实训基地不仅是校企合作的具体表现,起到加强大学生技能实训、岗位体验、就业实践等作用,而且逐渐成为创新创业活动的推动力量。因此,实习实训基地成为人才培养体系的重要组成部分。本文以饲料产业为例,首先阐述了创新创业教育的基本概念,然后介绍了饲料产业参与实习实训基地建设的重要性,从而提出实习实训基地对饲料产业创新创业的作用机理,旨在为饲料产业的可持续发展提供参考。

In the modern talent training system,the practice training base is not only the concrete manifestation of school-enterprise cooperation,but also plays a role in strengthening college students'skills training,job experience,employment practice,etc and gradually becomes the driving force of innovation and entrepreneurship activities.Therefore,the internship and training base has become an important part of the talent training system.Taking the feed industry as an example,this paper first expounds the basic concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,then introduces the importance of the feed industry participating in the construction of the practice and training base,and then puts forward the mechanism of the practice and training base on the innovation and entrepreneurship of the feed industry,aiming at providing reference and reference for the sustainable development of the feed industry.
