摘要
文章旨在研究日粮添加黑沙蒿对山羊生长性能的影响,并分析不同添加比例对血清生化指标的调节作用,试验将72只4月龄公山羊随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复共6只羊,对照组按照精粗比1∶1基础日粮进行饲喂,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组分别饲喂1%、3%和5%黑沙蒿替代等比例粗料的日粮,试验为期90 d。试验结果显示,与试验Ⅰ组和对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组日平均增重(ADG)、末重(FW)显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组、对照组料重比(F/G)显著高于试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、尿素氮(UN)水平显著低于其余各组(P<0.05);对照组高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平显著低于试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)水平显著高于其余三组(P<0.05)。综合认为,黑沙蒿替代等比例粗料日粮能够通过调节血清生化指标,提高4月龄公山羊生长性能,添加比例以3%最佳。
The experiment aims to study the effect of adding black Artemisia annua to the diet on the growth performance of goats,and analyze the regulatory effect of different supplementation ratios on serum biochemical indicators.To this end,724-month-old male goats were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups.Each group was set up with 3 replicates,with a total of 6 replicates per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet with a concentrate to coarse ratio of 1:1,while the trial I~III groups were fed diets with 1%,3%,and 5%black Artemisia annua as a substitute for the same proportion of coarse feed,The test period is 90 days.The experimental results showed that compared with the experimental group I and control group,the daily average weight gain(ADG)and final weight(FW)of the experimental group II and III were significantly increased(P<0.05);The material to weight ratio(F/G)of experimental group I and control group was significantly higher than that of experimental group II and experimental group III(P<0.05);The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low~density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and Blood urea nitrogen(UN)in group II were significantly lower than those in other groups(P<0.05);The level of High-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)in the control group was significantly lower than that in the trialⅠ~Ⅲgroups(P<0.05);The levels of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),and globulin(GLB)in group II were significantly higher than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).Overall,it is believed that replacing the same proportion of coarse feed with black Artemisia annua can improve the growth performance of 4~month-old male goats by adjusting serum biochemical indicators.The optimal addition ratio is 3%.
