免疫炎症途径介导的童年期创伤与抑郁症相关性及机制的研究进展(综述)

Research progress on the correlation and mechanism between childhood trauma and depression mediated by immune inflammatory pathway

越来越多的研究表明,童年期创伤是抑郁症诊断、治疗、研究、预防和教育的关键因素,但其机制众说纷纭,有研究显示这可能由免疫炎症途径介导的。本文回顾了近年来有关免疫炎症途径介导的童年期创伤与抑郁症相关性及机制的国内外研究,现将其研究进展总结、分析,发现童年期创伤对抑郁症影响的免疫学线索,为今后开展的研究提供新思路。

More and more studies have shown that childhood trauma is a key factor in the diagnosis,treatment,research,prevention and education of depression.However,the mechanism of this effect is divergent.Some studies have shown that it may be mediated by the immune inflammatory mechanism.This article reviews the recent domestic and foreign research on the correlation and mechanism between childhood trauma and depression mediated by immune inflammation pathway.Now,the research progress is summarized and analyzed as follows,reiterating the necessity of exploring this field,finding immunological clues about the impact of childhood trauma on depression,and providing new ideas for future research.
