激励式健康教育对乳腺癌患者术后希望水平和应对方式的影响 被引量:3

Influence of inspiring health education on hope level and coping style of breast cancer patients after operation

摘要 目的:探讨激励式健康教育对乳腺癌患者术后希望水平和应对方式的影响。方法:选取2020年1月到2021年12月期间于某院行乳腺癌手术的88例患者为研究对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44)。对照组进行常规临床干预,观察组在此基础上进行激励式健康教育干预。比较两组患者干预前后的希望水平、自我效能感、自我感受负担、应对方式、生存质量,并评价两组患者的干预满意度。结果:干预后,两组Herth希望水平量表(HHI)各维度评分均有所提高,且观察组各评分显著高于对照组(t=5.290,6.249,5.116;P<0.05);干预后,两组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分均升高,自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分均降低,且观察组GSES评分高于对照组,SPBS评分低于对照组(t=5.314,-8.333;P<0.05);干预后,两组“面对”评分均升高,“回避”、“屈服”评分均降低,且观察组“面对”评分高于对照组,“回避”、“屈服”评分低于对照组(t=3.978,-5.760,-6.806;P<0.05);干预后,两组癌症康复评价系统简表(CARES-SF)各维度评分均升高,且观察组各评分高于对照组(t=5.493,4.150,5.984,8.227;P<0.05);观察组患者对干预的满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.423,P<0.05)。结论:激励式健康教育对乳腺癌术后患者的干预效果显著,能提升患者的希望水平及自我效能感,减轻患者的自我感受负担,改善患者的积极应对方式,提高患者的生存质量,并取得较高的干预满意度。 Objective:To explore the effect of inspiring health education on the hope level and coping style of breast cancer patients after operation.Methods:A total of 88 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=44)and the observation group(n=44)according to the order of admission.The control group received routine clinical intervention,and the observation group received incentive health education intervention on this basis.The hope level,self-efficacy,self feeling burden,coping style,quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared,and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the intervention was evaluated.Results:After intervention,the scores of Herth Hope Scale(HHI)in all dimensions in both groups were improved,and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=5.290,6.249,5.116;P<0.05);After the intervention,GSES scores in both groups increased,while SPBS scores decreased.GSES scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while SPBS scores were lower than those in the control group(t=5.314,-8.333;P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of"face"in both groups increased,and the scores of"avoidance"and"yielding"decreased.The scores of"face"in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of"avoidance"and"yielding"in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=3.978,-5.760,-6.806;P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of CARES-SF in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=5.493,4.150,5.984,8.227;P<0.05);Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the intervention than those in the control group(χ^(2)=4.423,P<0.05).Conclusion:Inspiring health education has a significant intervention effect on patients with breast cancer after surgery,which can improve the level of hope and self-efficacy of patients,reduce the burden of self feelings of patients,improve the positive coping style of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and achieve higher satisfaction with intervention.
