摘要 高压断路器分合闸线圈电流波形中包含着丰富的断路器操动机构和控制回路的状态信息,分析分合闸线圈电流的特性对断路器的状态监测、故障诊断具有重要意义。文中提出一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)模态分量的高压断路器分合闸线圈电流特征值提取方法;通过变分模态分解算法对分合闸线圈电流进行分解,并确定有效反映线圈电流关键信息的模态分量;随后采用削波方式处理模态分量以提取线圈电流波形关键时间点及对应电流特征值。基于断路器实验平台采集的数据样本的实验验证结果表明,该方法能够准确有效地提取分合闸线圈电流关键特征值。 The current waveform of the opening and closing coils of high⁃voltage circuit breakers contains rich status information of the circuit breaker operating mechanism and control circuit.It is of great significance to analyze the characteristics of opening and closing coil current for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of high voltage circuit breaker.A high⁃voltage circuit breaker′s opening and closing coil current feature value extraction based on variational mode decomposition(VMD)modal component is proposed.The VMD algorithm is used to decompose the opening and closing coil current to determine the modal components that effectively reflect the key information of the coil current.The modal components are processed by means of clipping method to extract key time points and corresponding current feature values of the coil current waveform.The experimental verification results based on the data samples collected from the circuit breaker experimental platform show that this method can accurately and effectively extract the key feature values of the opening and closing coil current.
