摘要
“碳达峰、碳中和”已经上升成为我国未来发展的重要战略目标,综合能源系统对能源的梯级利用能为这一目标提供助力。以园区综合能源为基本构架,构建一种含燃气轮机、燃气锅炉、电制冷机、电锅炉等机组的冷热电联供系统优化模型。在此基础上,建立一种兼顾设备优化配置及优化运行的双层系统规划模型,外层采用改进粒子群优化算法,以系统年投资最优为目标进行设备容量配置,内层调用CPLEX以运行成本最小为目标,优化各机组出力。最后利用改进后的粒子群优化算法对所建立的规划及优化运行的多约束模型进行求解,验证所提优化配置能够同时兼顾系统的经济性和可靠性。
"Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"has risen to become an important strategic goal for China′s future development,and the cascade utilization of energy by the integrated energy system can provide assistance for this goal.Taking the comprehensive energy of the park as the basic framework,the optimization model for a combined cooling,heating and power system that includes gas turbines,gas boilers,electric refrigerators,electric boilers,and other units is constructed.On this basis,a two⁃tier system planning model that takes into account the optimal configuration and optimal operation of equipment is established,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used at the outer layer to optimize the annual investment of the system for equipment capacity configuration,and the CPLEX is called at inner layer to optimize the output of each unit with the goal of minimizing operating cost.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the established multi⁃constraint model of planning and optimization operation,and it is verified that the proposed optimization configuration can take into account the economy and reliability of the system at the same time,so as to make the system operation more optimized.
