“他者之学”与“知彼之学”的互促共生——区域国别学与国家安全情报学关系浅探

摘要 [研究目的]旨在揭示区域国别学与国家安全情报学这两个学科的关系,提出二者互促共生的初步思考,为新生的交叉学科区域国别学的学科发展提供思路启迪。[研究方法]从学科关系入手,运用比较研究法和文献分析法,通过异同比较,探究区域国别学与国家安全情报学互促共生的可行性与路径。[研究结论]研究发现,基于研究对象、领域的交集与研究方法的近似性,二者可以互促;基于研究目标、视角、方式和标准的差异性,二者可以共生。二者互促的思路包括:一是以区域国别学促进国家安全情报学研究,使之成为国家安全情报研究的“蓄水池”,二是区域国别学可学习国家安全情报学的应用指向,增强研究的问题导向与应用效益,将实践应用作为学科知识生产的终极追求。 [Research purpose]This paper aims to reveal the relationship between national security intelligence science and area studies and put forward the preliminary thinking of symbiosis and mutual promotion between them,which will provide enlightenment for the development of Area Studies.[Research method]In this paper,literature analysis and comparative research method are used to explore the feasibility and path of the symbiosis and mutual promotion between area studies and national security intelligence science through the comparison of similarities and differences.[Research conclusion]Based on the intersection of research objects and fields and the similarity of research methods,they can promote each other.Based on the differences of research objectives,perspectives,methods and standards,the two can coexist.The two ideas of mutual promotion of them include:one is to promote national security intelligence science by area studies and make it the reservoir of the former;the other is that area studies can learn the application direction of national security intelligence science,enhancing the awareness of problem orientation and application benefit of research and taking practical application as the ultimate pursuit of discipline knowledge production.
