工程教育专业认证视角下的“微生物学”课程建设的探索与实践

摘要 “微生物学”课程是食品科学与工程专业必修的专业基础课程之一。在工程教育专业认证视角下,从教学内容、教学形式、教学评价、教学反馈和教学改革措施等方面对“微生物学”课程进行改革和探究。通过理论和实践相结合,强化学生的实践能力、创新能力和综合素质的培养,有助于地方应用型人才的培养,以期达到工程教育认证所要求学生所具备的能力。 Microbiology is one of the main courses required for Food Science and Engineering major.In the background of engineering education professional certification,the teaching content,teaching form,teaching evaluation,teaching feedback,and teaching reform of Microbiology were investigated in this research.For the application-oriented undergraduate talent training,the innovation ability,the practical ability and the comprehensive ability of students could be improved by combining theory with practice.Therefore,it meets the requirements of students' abilities for engineering education professional certification.
