台风“杜苏芮”对北京市蔬菜供应的影响分析

台风“杜苏芮”导致京津冀地区遭遇超强降雨,严重影响了蔬菜生产、流通和交易等环节,北京及周边的部分蔬菜产地受损严重。作为大型消费市场,北京蔬菜供应量、供应结构和价格的波动能够反映台风对蔬菜产销影响的过程。由于降雨前期批发市场根据预警信息加大了蔬菜的采购和储备,降雨前后蔬菜上市量波动较小,但不易贮存的叶类蔬菜上市量下降较大,价格上涨明显。强降雨后北京市蔬菜价格快速大幅上涨,短期影响非常明显,后期涨幅逐渐变小,甚至略有回调。8月份北京市蔬菜价格环比和同比都出现上升,蔬菜月度价格创历史新高。针对强降雨的影响,从政府层面、蔬菜经营者、蔬菜生产者3个层面提出建议。

Typhoon 'Doksuri' had caused super heavy rainfall in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regions,seriously affecting vegetable production,circulation and trading.Some vegetable producing areas in Beijing and surrounding areas had been severely damaged.As a large consumer market,the fluctuations in the supply volume,supply structure and price of vegetables in Beijing could reflect the effect of typhoons on vegetable production and sales.Due to the increase in vegetable procurement and reserves in the wholesale market during the early stages of rainfall based on warning information,the fluctuation in vegetable market volume before and after rainfall was relatively small,but the market volume of leaf vegetables that were difficult to store decreased significantly,and the price had increased significantly.After heavy rainfall,vegetable price in Beijing had rapidly and significantly increased,with a very significant short-term impact.However,the later increased gradually decreases,and even slightly rebounds.In August,vegetable price in Beijing increased both month on month and year on year,with monthly vegetable price reaching a historic high.In response to the impact of heavy rainfall,the suggestions were provided from three levels of government level,vegetable operators and vegetable producers.
