摘要
为提高海上石油平台的安全性,对海上石油平台拖航时的的破舱稳性原理和计算衡准进行阐述,基于MOSES程序进行精细舱室建模和分析,并提出提高破舱稳性的改良优化措施和平台发生破舱后的补救措施。研究表明:这些改进破舱稳性的方法具备实际应用价值。研究成果可为移动式海洋平台设计和应急预案制作提供一定参考。
In order to improve the safety of offshore oil platforms,the principle and calculation criteria of damaged stability during towing of offshore oil platforms are elaborated.Fine cabin modeling and analysis are carried out based on MOSES program,and improvement and optimization measures for improving damaged stability and remedial measures after platform damage are proposed.Research shows that these methods for improving damaged stability have practical application value.The research results can provide some references for the design of mobile offshore platforms and the production of emergency plans.
