可调角固定板在实船中的应用

Application of Adjustable Angle Fixing Plate in Real Ships

为减轻船舶建造中接线盒、火警探头、广播、球型白炽灯等小型设备底座的质量,增加小型设备安装的便捷性和灵活性。采用可调角固定板代替传统的面板加支腿样式的底座,并从设计和施工方式等方面对可调角固定板进行分析。研究表明:可调角固定板可有效减轻舾装件质量,节省焊接施工的人工成本和焊料成本。研究成果可为可调角固定板在实船中的应用提供一定参考。

To reduce the quality of small equipment bases such as junction boxes,fire detectors,broadcasts,and spherical incandescent lamps in ship construction,and increase the convenience and flexibility of small equipment installation.Using adjustable angle fixing plates instead of traditional panel and leg style bases,and analyzing the design and construction methods of adjustable angle fixing plates.Research shows that adjustable angle fixing plates can effectively reduce the quality of outfitting components,save labor and welding material costs in welding construction.The research results can provide some references for the application of adjustable angle fixing plates in real ships.
