Analysis of Applicable Standard of Wire Rope for Offshore Oil Platform

为提高海洋石油平台钢丝绳选择的规范性。对现行适用于海上钢丝绳的标准进行梳理,对钢丝绳的结构分类、材料、技术要求的共性及差异进行分析,并结合海洋平台实际工况,探讨海洋平台起重机、钻修机绞车及救生艇设备在选用钢丝绳时的适用标准。研究成果可为海洋石油钢丝绳的安全使用及维护提供一定参考。

To improve the standardization of steel wire rope selection for offshore oil platforms.The current standards applicable to offshore steel wire ropes are sorted out,and the similarities and differences in structural classification,materials,and technical requirements of steel wire ropes are analyzed.Combined with the actual working conditions of offshore platforms,the applicable standards for selecting steel wire ropes for offshore platform cranes,drilling and repair machine winches,and lifeboat equipment are explored.The research results can provide some references for the safe use and maintenance of offshore oil wire ropes.
