Use and Innovation of Card Clothing for FA227A Carding Machine

为降低成本,解决纺纱厂因梳棉机台少、纺纱品种多、针布不能及时更换的问题,经调整盖板针布、锡林针布、刺辊针布速度,用纺棉针布纺棉型化纤,并对比用此方法生产CJ/TSM 50/5011.7 KSJ、纯博拉莫代尔Blm 11.8 KSJ和CJ/TSM 50/5018.24 KSJ三个棉型化纤品种的成纱质量;详细分析纺化纤的针布不能用来纺棉的原因。指出:纺棉盖板针布随着使用周期延长,工作角变大,直齿型锡林金属针布齿条包卷在锡林滚筒上,工作角也会变大,增加了针布的释放性,可缓解纺化纤时产生的静电,故纺棉针布可用来纺制棉型化纤品种,且成纱质量较好;纺化纤的针布工作角较大,故不能用于纺棉品种。

In order to reduce the cost and solve the problem that the card clothing can not be replaced in time due to the small quantity of carding machines and the many spinning varieties in the spinning mill,the speed of the flat card clothing,the cylinder card clothing and the taker-in card clothing are adjusted,and the cotton-like chemical fiber is spun with the card clothing of the cotton fiber.The yarn quality of CJ/TSM 50/5011.7 KSJ,pure Blm Modal 11.8 KSJ and CJ/TSM 50/5018.24 KSJ produced by the method is compared.The reason why the card clothing for spinning chemical fiber can not be used for spinning cotton is analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that with the prolongation of the service cycle and the increasing of the working angle of the flat card clothing for spinning cotton fiber,the straight-toothed cylinder card clothing rack is wrapped on cylinder roller,and the working angle is increasing,which increases the release of the card clothing,and can alleviate the static electricity generated during spinning chemical fiber,so the card clothing for spinning cotton fiber can be used for spinning cotton-like chemical fiber,and the yarn quality is better;the working angle of the card clothing for spinning chemical fiber is large,so it can’t be used for spinning cotton varieties.
