基于双传感器融合的纱疵检测技术

摘要 为提高纱疵检测精度及分级水平,介绍电容式检测和光电式检测的原理和特点,提出基于双传感器融合的检测技术,详述其电容检测电路、光电检测电路和CAN通信电路、主控制器的处理软件流程的设计、工作原理及优势等;基于该技术开发出双传感器融合的纱疵检测系统,并用其对14.7 tex紧密纺纯棉纱线进行测试。指出:基于双传感器融合的纱疵检测技术,结合了电容式检测和光电式检测的优势,仅通过1次检测便可获得疵点信息,减少了多传感器或多次测量对于纱体的损伤,可为纱疵检测提供更准确、更全面的检测信息;但其对于叶屑等植物纤维和长度小于2 mm的异色目标未做判断,需进一步优化。 In order to improve the accuracy and grading level of yarn defect detection,the principle and characteristics of capacitive detection and photoelectric detection are introduced,and the detection technology based on dual sensor fusion is proposed.The design,working principle and advantages of capacitive detection circuit,photoelectric detection circuit,CAN communication circuit and processing software flow of main controller to dual sensor fusion yarn defect detection technology are described in detail.Based on dual sensor fusion technology,a dual sensor fusion yarn defect detection system is developed and used to test 14.7 tex compact spinning cotton yarn.It is pointed out that the yarn defect detection technology based on dual sensor fusion,combining the advantages of capacitive detection and photoelectric detection,can obtain the yarn defect information only through one detection,reduce the damage to the yarn body by multiple sensors or multiple measurements,and can provide more accurate and comprehensive detection information for yarn defect detection.However,dual sensor fusion yarn defect detection technology can’t make judgments on plant fibers such as leaf chips and heterochromatic targets less than 2 mm in length,which needs further optimization.
