评估5种真空采血管对常见微量元素检测的影响

摘要 目的评估不同真空采血管对ICP-MS法检测微量元素的影响。方法分别采用5种真空采血管采集超纯水和11名健康志愿者静脉血,采用ICP-MS方法检测血清/血浆微量元素钴、铬、铜、锰、钼、镍、硒、锶、锌、锂,比较5种真空采血管测定不同微量元素的差异,分析采血管对检测结果的影响。结果血清管中锂、铬、锰、锶、钼、镍本底含量较高。锂在红帽血清管中含量显著高于微量元素管,铬、锰、钴、硒、镍在不同采血管之间差异有统计学意义,微量元素管检测结果比血清管测定结果降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论真空采血管的选择对微量元素的检测影响很大,各实验室应根据检测元素评估选择最适宜的微量元素专用真空采血管。 Objective To assess the influence of five different vacuum blood-collection tubes for trace elements detection by ICP-MS.Methods Ultra-pure water and venous blood of 11 healthy volunteers were collected by five vacuum blood-collection tubes,and then serum/plasma trace elements(Co、Cr、Cu、Mn、Mo、Ni、Se、Sr、Zn、Li)were detected by ICP-MS and the results were recorded.The different trace elements determined by five vacuum blood-collection tubes were compared and the clinical effects were analyzed.Results The contents of Li,Cr,Mn,Sr,Mo and Ni in serum were higher.The content of Li in red cap serum tube was significantly higher than that in trace element tube,while Cr,Mn,Co,Se and Ni were also significantly different among different collection vessels.The detection results of trace element tube were significantly lower than that in serum tubes(P<0.05).Conclusion The vacuum blood-collection tubes have a great influence on the detection results of trace elements.Each laboratory should select the most suitable special vacuum blood vessel for trace elements according to different detection trace elements.
