细胞形态学网络教学的挑战与思考

摘要 2020~2022年过去3年因新冠疫情防控所需,外周血及骨髓细胞形态学课程内容调整为网络教学,因其具有较强的实操性、互动性、抽象性,所以教学模式的改变给教师和学生带来一系列挑战。本教研室运用多媒体平台构建“课前-课中-课后”智慧课堂,学生依托慕课网络平台自主完成理论课学习,线上直播互动课进行显微镜下阅片模拟训练,课后通过血液系统相关疾病的系列微课,实时答疑解惑,旨在弥补细胞形态学网络教学实践性的不足,挖掘教师潜力,激发学生的学习自主性和内驱力,促进网络教学的有序、高效进行,提高学习效果,实现教学相长,为疫情后开展混合式学习模式奠定基础。 Due to the regulation for the prevention and control of COVIDG-19 in the past three years,the content of the course of peripheral blood and bone marrow cell morphology has been transferred to online teaching mode.Because of its strong practicality,interactivity and abstraction,this newly change of teaching mode has brought a series of challenges to both teachers and students.The teaching and research section in this study used the multimedia platform to build a“before,in-class,and after-class”intelligent classroom.The students independently learned the theoretical course by MOOCs platform.In class,teachers used Tencent classroom for live teaching to simulate training of reviewing blood films under the microscope,and explained key and difficult points in real time.After class,teachers answered and discussed questions through a series of microlecture on blood system related diseases.The purpose is to make up for the lack of practicality of cell morphology online teaching,tap the potential of teachers,and stimulate the ability of autonomous learning and intrinsic motivation,also promote the orderly and efficient conduct of online teaching.This can improve the learning effect and help us to identify the mutual benefit of teaching and learning,and lay a foundation for blended learning after the epidemic.
