摘要
文章对各地“全面提高中小学教师质量”实施方案进行内容分析,发现总体上国家意见提出的各项措施未能得到较好的细化;一些省份在“提高教师培养质量”“提升教师培训质量”“加强校长队伍建设”等方面,对国家意见进行了突破和创新。为实现政策目标,各地需要对已有实施方案内容进一步细化与完善。
According to the contents of the implementation plan,the measures proposed by the national opinions are not well refined;some provinces have made breakthroughs and innovations in the aspects of“improving the quality of teacher training”,“improving the quality of teacher training”and“strengthening the construction of principals”.In order to achieve the policy goals,all localities need to further refine and improve the content of the existing implementation plan.
