超临界二氧化碳分段萃取花椒挥发油及花椒油树脂的研究

采用超临界二氧化碳分段萃取花椒得到花椒挥发油和花椒油树脂,结果表明,花椒挥发油的萃取得率为8.52%,花椒酰胺总含量6.7 mg/g,花椒油树脂得率10.54%,花椒酰胺总含量207.3 mg/g。
