摘要
综述了微胶囊改性次磷酸铝(AHP)的研究成果。简要介绍了AHP作为一种高效的无卤磷系阻燃剂(含磷量>41.9%)在聚合物中的阻燃应用。讨论了密胺树脂、有机硅、三聚氰胺衍生物的阻燃应用及作为囊材的微胶囊AHP的疏水性、减缓PH_(3)释放的作用,重点阐述了微胶囊AHP对聚合物阻燃成效、力学性能和热稳定性的影响。此外微胶囊加入了三嗪类、硅类阻燃材料,增加了材料间相容性和炭层紧密度,与硼酸锌、水滑石等材料共微胶囊阻燃成效更佳。
The research progress of microcapsule modified aluminum hypophosphite were reviewed.The flame retardant application of aluminum hypophosphite as an efficient halogen-free phosphor flame retardant(phosphorus content>41.9%)in polymers was briefly introduced.The flame retardant applications of melamine resin,silicone and melamine derivatives,as well as the hydrophobicity of aluminum hypophosphite microcapsules as capsule materials and the effect of slowing down the release of PH_(3) were discussed.The effects of microcapsule AHP on the flame retardant effect,mechanical properties and thermal stability of polymers were emphatically expounded.In addition,triazine and silicon flame retardant materials were added to the microcapsules,which increased the compatibility between materials and the compactness of the carbon layer.Co-microcapsules with zinc borate,hydrotalcite and other materials had better flame retardant effect.
