摘要
实时准确的灭火剂浓度测试数据直接影响到飞机防火系统的评估。针对灭火剂浓度机载测试系统测试过程中各采样管通道测试数据之间存在时间延迟的问题,本文从测试原理出发,识别影响各采样管通道时间延迟的关键因素,开展各影响因素的时间同步性试验;得到了采样管长度、采样管材质、采样管弯曲度等因素对各采样管通道测试数据时间同步性的影响规律。试验结果表明,采样管长度、采样管材质、采样管弯曲度等因素均会对测试系统的时间同步性产生较大影响,飞行试验数据处理过程中不能忽略。在此基础上开展了互换性试验和模拟装机条件下的时间同步性试验,并提出了飞行试验数据处理方法,为后续灭火剂浓度测试试验和机载灭火剂浓度测试设备小型化研发提供技术支撑。
Real time and accurate testing data of fire extinguishing agent concentration directly affects the evaluation of aircraft fire protection systems.In view of the problem of time delay between the test data of each sample tube channel in the testing process of the current domestic testing system,the key factors affecting the time delay of each sample tube channel were identified from the testing principle,and the time synchronization test of each influencing factor was carried out.The influence on the length of sampling tube,the material of sampling tube,the bending degree of sampling tube and other factors on the time synchronization of each sampling tube channel test data were obtained.The experimental results show that factors such as the length,material,and bending degree of the sampling tube all have a significant impact on the time synchronization of the testing system,and cannot be ignored in the process of flight test data processing.On this basis,the interchangeability test and time synchronization test under simulated installation conditions were carried out,and the processing method of flight test data was proposed,which provided technical support for subsequent fire extinguishing agent concentration test and miniaturization research and development of airborne fire extinguishing agent concentration test equipment.
