摘要
我国草原补偿立法已初具规模。对我国草原生态补偿立法进行分析,发现其存在立法理念偏差、补偿主体和补偿模式单一化、救济渠道不畅通等问题。为完善草原生态补偿立法,应当明确补偿性质,多元化补偿主体和模式,丰富和扩宽救济渠道,才能不断完善我国草原生态文明法治化建设。
Grassland compensation legislation has already been shaped.This paper analyzes the legislation of grassland ecological compensation in our country and finds out the problems such as deviation of legislative idea,the unitary compensation subject and mode of compensation,and unimpeded relief channel of grassland ecological compensation in our country.In order to improve the legislation of grassland ecology compensation,we should clarify the compensation nature,diversify the subject and model,enrich and expand the relief channel,so as to improve the legal construction of grassland ecology civilization in our country.
