急性缺血性脑卒中后迟发性癫痫发作的相关危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors associated with delayed seizures after acute ischemic stroke

目的:探讨急性缺血性脑卒中后迟发性癫痫发作的相关危险因素。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年8月潮州市人民医院神经内科收治的80例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,分为观察组(卒中7 d后发生癫痫事件)和对照组(卒中后无癫痫发作病史)各40例。比较两组患者的临床基线资料、卒中部位、卒中严重程度、卒中病因分型、血管危险因素等。采用多因素logistic回归分析筛选急性缺血性脑卒中后迟发性癫痫发作的相关危险因素。结果:多因素logistic回归分析显示,卒中部位为颞叶(OR=3.093,95%CI:1.081~8.847,P=0.035)是急性缺血性脑卒中后迟发性癫痫发作的相关危险因素。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中梗死部位为颞叶的患者同其他患者相比,迟发性癫痫发作的风险可能较高。

Objective:To investigate the risk factors associated with delayed seizures after acute ischemic stroke.Methods:Eighty patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology of Chaozhou Peoples Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into 40 cases each in the observation group(epileptic event after 7 d of stroke)and the control group(no history of epileptic seizure after stroke).The clinical baseline data,stroke site,stroke severity,stroke etiologic typing,and vascular risk factors of the two groups were compared.Multifactorial logistic regression analysis was used to screen the risk factors associated with delayed seizures after acute ischemic stroke.Results:Multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that stroke site in the temporal lobe(OR=3.093,95%CI:1.081-8.847,P=0.035)was an associated risk factor for delayed seizures after acute ischemic stroke.Conclusion:Patients with acute ischemic stroke infarction sites in the temporal lobe may have a higher risk of delayed seizures compared with other patients.
