摘要
为了研究大学生自我价值感权变性对无边界职业心智的影响机制,构建了以自我效能感为中介变量的中介模型,采用问卷调查研究方法,对422名大学生进行问卷调查,探索自我价值感权变性和自我效能感对无边界职业心智的影响。研究发现,美德领域的自我价值感权变性对无边界职业心智具有正向影响,同时,自我效能感在美德领域自我价值感权变性与无边界职业心智之间的关系中起着中介作用;学业表现领域的自我价值感权变性对无边界职业心智具有正向影响,同时,自我效能感在学业表现领域的自我价值感权变性与无边界职业心智之间的关系中起着中介作用。研究结论不仅丰富了对无边界职业心智的研究,也为高等学校教育提供了参考。
In order to study the impact mechanism of college students’contigencies of self-worth on boundaryless career mindset,this study constructed an intermediary model with self-efficacy as an intermediary variable.Using questionnaire research methods,422 college students were surveyed to explore self about the effect of contigencies of self-worth and self-efficacy on the boundaryless career mindset.Studies have found that the contigencies of self-worth in the field of virtue has a positive effect on the boundaryless career mindset.At the same time,the sense of self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the contingency of self-worth in the field of virtue and the boundaryless career mindset.The contigencies of self-worth in the field of performance has a positive impact on the boundaryless career mindset.At the same time,the sense of self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between the contingency of self-worth in the field of academic performance and the boundaryless career mindset.The research conclusions not only enrich the research on the boundaryless career mindset,but also provide reference opinions for college education.
