医疗大健康用纺织品研究现状与发展趋势 被引量:1

摘要 为了全面掌握医用纺织品的最新动态,探讨未来发展方向,介绍了当前我国制备医用纺织品的纤维材料和成形技术;归纳近十年医用纺织品领域的新兴技术和重要突破;聚焦于具有医疗防护、治疗、监护、保健、组织修复等体内外医用纺织品的设计、复合和应用;分析了产业化现状及存在的关键问题。认为:我国现有医用纺织品具有多样化等特点,但高品质、智能化、生态友好医用纺织品的基础研究、技术开发、商业生产仍处于起步阶段。应加强自主创新、加深多领域深度合作、加快智能制造技术融合、完善行业规范制度构建、发展科技赋能产业链,开发兼具轻型舒适、数字化、智能化、生物友好、可降解等优势的未来医用纺织品。 In order to grasp the latest trends of medical textiles and discuss the future development direction,the fiber materials and forming technology of medical textiles in our country were introduced.The emerging technologies and important breakthroughs in the field of medical textiles in the past ten years were summarized.Focus on the design,composition and application of in vivo and in vitro medical textiles with medical protection,treatment,monitoring,health care,tissue repair,etc..The present situation and key problems of industrialization were analyzed.It is considered that the existing medical textiles in our country have the characteristics of diversification,but the basic research,technology development and commercial production of high-quality,intelligent and eco-friendly medical textiles are still in the initial stage.It is necessary to strengthen independent innovation,deepen in-depth cooperation in multiple fields,accelerate the integration of intelligent manufacturing technologies,improve the construction of industry norms and systems,develop science and technology enabling industry chains,and develop future medical textiles with advantages of light comfort,digitalization,intelligence,biofriendliness and biodegradation.
