摘要
梳理60多年来不同阶段国产棉纺精梳机的技术特点及创新发展的内容;并根据不同发展阶段创新发展内容及技术特点,将国产精梳机划分为第一代至第四代。各代精梳机通过持续不断的创新分离罗拉驱动方式、优化钳板驱动机构、改进梳理机构及梳理专件、提高分离罗拉与锡林及钳板部件的配合精度、对关键机构进行平衡优化设计等,实现了棉纺精梳机的“高速、高产、优质”的阶段性发展目标。在分析国内外新型精梳技术特点的基础上,预测国产棉纺精梳机发展趋势是:在“高速、高产、优质”基础上,实现棉纺精梳机的“数字化、智能化、多纤维、绿色化”。
The technology characteristics and innovative development of domestic cotton comber in different stages over the past 60 years were reviewed.The domestic comber was divided into the first generation to the fourth generation according to the different development stages of innovative development content and technology characteristics.Each generation of comber had achieved the stage development goal of“high speed,high yield and high quality”of cotton comber through continuous innovation of separating roller driving mode,optimization of nipper driving mechanism,improvement of carding mechanism and carding special parts,improvement of the precision of separating roller and cylinder and nipper components and balanced optimization of key mechanisms.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of new combing technology at home and abroad,it is predicted that the development trend of domestic cotton comber is:on the basis of“high speed,high yield and high quality”,to realize the“digital,intelligent,multi-fiber and green”of cotton comber.
