摘要
作为船舶综合电力系统最大也是最主要的用电负荷,推进负载直接连接在船舶电网主回路上,其负载的突变或者发电机组突然故障跳闸等引起的船舶电网结构突变均可能导致发电机组过载运行、船舶电网震荡甚至船舶黑船失去动力,非常危险。为解决以上问题,提出了一种采用直流母线电压结合机组负荷率来表征船舶电网运行状态,实现推进负载功率限制的方法。从而实现推进负载与船舶电站协调控制,确保直流电站综合电力系统的稳定性和可靠性。经过实船应用验证后发现,该功率限制方法可以在负载突变或者电网结构发生突变时快速地对推进负载进行调整,实现推进负载与船舶电网的协同控制,可以保证船舶电站的稳定性和可靠性。
As the largest and most important power load of the shipboard integrated power system,the propulsion load is directly connected to the main circuit of the ship power grid.The sudden change of the load or the sudden tripping failure of the generator set may lead to such sudden changes in the structure of the ship power system that the overload operation of the generator set,the vibration of the ship power grid or even the power loss of the ship due to blackout,which is very dangerous.Therefore,this paper proposes a method of using DC bus voltage combined with unit loading rate to characterize the operation state of ship power grid and realize load power limit control.Thus,the coordinated control of propulsion load and ship power station is realized to ensure the stability and reliability of the integrated power system of DC power station.It is found that the power limitation method can quickly adjust the propulsion load when there is a sudden change in the load or the structure of the power grid so as to realize the coordinated control of the propulsion load and the ship power grid and ensure the stability and reliability of the ship power station.
